1 pound fresh asparagus, 1 to 1 1/2 inches cut off the bottom

I made this last night, never having even eaten fresh asparagus before this and not have a clue on how to make it!  I used sea salt and sprayed Parkay spray butter (0 Cal's!) after takiPour or spritz the water onto 4 paper towels.
